4 Phases

Lose Weight
  • Eat all you want on these 2 days. This phase is VERY CRUCIAL! Eat large amounts of food of any kind over the first two days. You are building up stores in your system to help you succeed in the later phases. This phase helps you feel no hunger in the first week of the protocol. Therefore, you will be able to continue. AGAIN, EAT! Eat all the bread, pastas, potatoes and oils you want. Remember, you limit the ability to complete this program without the loading phase!!

VLCD/HCG Phase (day 3-20 or day 3-40)

  • Begin 500 calorie/day diet (Customized)
  • Water! Water! Water! (You need it!)
  • You will be given HCG hormone injectables throughout this phase
  • Close Board Certified Physician follow ups

TRANSITION PHASE (Day 21-23 or day 41-43)

  • Discontinue HCG injectables
  • Continue VLCD for 72 hours
  • First day post VLCD, increase to 800 calories with 150 grams of protein
  • Second day post VLCD, increase to 1000 calories with 200 grams of protein
  • Third day post VLCD, increase to 1200 calories with 250 grams of protein
  • Beyond this period, your body is regulated to accepting smaller, healthier meals.
