This is actually true if we include these fiber-rich foods in our diet and they are natural fruits. However, there has been a lot of commercial products that claim to induce metabolism. We have to be very keen on this. We have to check their nutritional value as they could be rich in caffeine.
Myth 4: All Slimming Pills are Effective
This is true on most counts. There are a lot of commercially available slimming pills claiming that they can help you lose weight in a few months, weeks or even days.
